Recently I was privileged enough to stay at the Polynesian Resort in Walt Disney World (due to my generous daughter and son in law). While there I sketched the bungalows. These rooms are on the lagoon and give you a wonderful view of the castle at the Magic Kingdom. It was quite a relaxing vacation. Enjoy!
I am a self taught artist. I am retired and sketch as a relaxing hobby. Born and raised in Kannapolis, NC (near Charlotte), I have always enjoyed sketching. Most of my work is of landscapes, probably due to the fact that I love just sitting and watching nature. I love to sketch old barns and houses while hiking in the mountains of NC. My hope is that my art will trigger a fond memory or just bring a smile to your face. After all that's what its all about, sharing the joy of art.
